Products

We make gourmet popcorn and related products in small batches. We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, but slight variations in appearance, size, or availability may occur.

Our products are prepared in a facility that also handles milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts, and cross-contact can occur. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Ingredients are listed on each flavor’s own product page. If you need allergen detail for a gift box or a signature tin, contact us before you order and we will confirm exactly what is inside.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is charged in states where required.

Shipping

Because our products are perishable, please open your order promptly upon delivery. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it — contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and we will make it right.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and recipes, belongs to Popstarz Popcorn and may not be used or reproduced without our permission.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to place fraudulent orders, interfere with the site’s normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
