Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may extend during peak periods. All products are prepared in small batches to ensure freshness.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States using trusted carriers.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details. Popstarz Popcorn is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. Reshipping fees may apply if orders are returned.


Perishable Products

Our popcorn is a perishable food product. Certain flavors, including chocolate or coated varieties, may be affected by heat. While we take precautions, we do not guarantee against melting or texture changes during transit.

Report damaged or incorrect orders within 48 hours of delivery.
